Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Agrixia (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Pakistani law. Agrixia is designed for users in Pakistan; availability outside Pakistan is not guaranteed.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal listings, jobs, or content.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Harass, impersonate, or threaten other users.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other security controls.
• Post content that violates Pakistan's PECA 2016 or related law.
• Use the Platform for spam, automated solicitation, or mass-messaging.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent banning, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing and job you post, including price, condition, location, and specifications.

Bids are final: accepted bids constitute a binding commitment between buyer and seller. Agrixia is not a party to any transaction between users and is not responsible for enforcement, escrow, or delivery.

Connects are a non-refundable virtual currency used for posting featured listings, promoting jobs, and similar on-platform actions. Purchases are processed through Safepay/JazzCash/EasyPaisa and are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Connects have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Agrixia a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Platform. This license ends when you delete the content, except for backups and copies shared with other users before deletion.

CNIC verification, dealer licensing, and trust scores are provided as a convenience. Agrixia does not guarantee the identity, reputation, or conduct of any user and recommends that you exercise the same caution you would in any offline transaction.

You may delete your account at any time from settings; deletion enters a 30-day soft-delete grace period followed by permanent removal. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for breaches of these Terms, for legal reasons, or for prolonged inactivity. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining Connects balance.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AGRIXIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is capped at the total amount you paid to Agrixia in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 10,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANUBRIS (PRIVATE) LIMITED from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and post an in-app notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith between the parties; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, Lahore.
