Delete Your Account

You can remove your Agrixia account and data yourself, without contacting support:

1. Open the Agrixia app on your phone.
2. Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Tap the edit / settings icon in the top-right of your profile.
4. Scroll to Delete Account.
5. Confirm with a one-time password sent to your registered phone number.

Once confirmed, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate by logging in again. After 30 days, your personal data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete my Agrixia account” and include:

• Your registered phone number (for example +92 300 1234567).
• Your Agrixia username, if you remember it.

We verify ownership through a one-time code sent to the phone number on the account, then delete it within 48 hours of verification.

When your account is purged at the end of the 30-day grace period, we permanently remove:

• Your profile, name, photo, bio, username, and CNIC (if you uploaded one).
• All listings and job posts you created.
• Chat messages, voice notes, photos, and videos you sent.
• Shorts videos, 24-hour statuses, reviews, and follower connections.
• Saved items, search history, notification preferences, and device tokens.
• Hisaab (cash ledger) entries, Warabandi slots, and Zameen Naap measurements.
• Location history from land-measurement and “use current location” features.

A small amount of data is retained after account deletion, strictly for legal and safety reasons:

• Transaction records (marketplace purchases, Connects top-ups) — retained for 7 years as required by Pakistani tax law.
• Anonymized security and abuse logs — retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention. These logs do not contain your name, phone number, or messages.
• Reports filed against your account and moderation actions — retained if another user filed a report, to protect the safety of the platform.

Once the statutory retention periods expire, this data is permanently purged as well.

If you log back in during the 30-day grace period, your account is fully restored. After 30 days, deletion is irreversible — you will need to sign up again with a new account.
