Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: April 19, 2026 · Last Updated: April 19, 2026

Our zero-tolerance commitment

Agrixia has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, and any sexualized content involving people under 18. Violators are removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Who Agrixia is for

Agrixia is an agricultural marketplace designed for adult farmers, dealers, and agri-workers in Pakistan. The minimum age to create an account is 13, as disclosed in our target-audience declaration on Google Play. Accounts believed to belong to users under 13 are terminated immediately upon discovery.

What is prohibited

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
  • Sexualized content involving minors (under 18), including text, imagery, audio, and video.
  • Grooming, luring, or solicitation of minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery of any person, regardless of age.
  • Sharing or requesting private information of minors (home address, school, phone number).
  • Any attempt to sell, barter, or gift minors or labour performed by minors.

How we prevent and detect violations

  • Age gating — account creation requires a phone number and OTP. Reported underage accounts are suspended pending review.
  • Content scanning — every uploaded image and video passes through server-side screening before it becomes public. Hash-matching is used against known CSAM databases.
  • Community reporting — every listing, chat message, short video, 24-hour status, review, and profile has a visible Report option. Reports for child safety concerns are escalated to human moderators within 24 hours.
  • Proactive moderation — our Trust & Safety team monitors high-risk surfaces (chat invitations from new accounts, newly posted short videos) for patterns associated with grooming or exploitation.

How to report a child safety concern

Inside the app

  1. Long-press the item (listing, message, short, status, profile, or review) you want to report.
  2. Tap Report.
  3. Select Child safety concern as the category.
  4. Optionally add a description. Submit.

By email

For urgent reports or when the app is inaccessible, email [email protected] with the subject line “Child safety report”. Include as much detail as you can (usernames, timestamps, screenshots). Do not share the offending content itself.

What happens after a report

  1. Acknowledged automatically within minutes.
  2. Triaged by a human moderator within 24 hours.
  3. If the report is verified, the content is removed immediately and the reporting account is not identified to the offender.
  4. The offending account is suspended pending full investigation.
  5. CSAM and severe cases are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to Pakistani law enforcement under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016).
  6. Reporters who provide a contact email receive a follow-up once action has been taken, unless an active investigation requires confidentiality.

Staff and training

Agrixia maintains a designated Trust & Safety team responsible for child safety enforcement. Moderators are trained on CSAE identification, trauma-informed review practices, and NCMEC reporting procedures. The designated point of contact for Google Play and external authorities is:
